Button dress
This would have to be one of the most interesting and time consuming pieces I have made, with 600 individually sewn on buttons it consumed many a night in front of the tv.
Six pieces consisting of underwear (bottoms) and 5 body patches, which where attached with hollywood tape (double sided tape), it came together to cover enough of the model to remain tactfully sexy.
This piece was created for pure art value, it was a good feeling when I had finished it and shot it. I spent so much time working on this piece that I didn't look at the photos to edit them for about 3 months after the final shoot.
